SAILING CLUB

The Sailing Club of Patras was founded 42 years ago and is located at the northern entrance of the city of Patras and extends in two areas.

The first consists of the lounge, meeting room and the boat storage of olympic dinghies and a second area at the north entrance of the Patras marina where the group’s offshore yachts are moored and the boat storage and ramp area for athletes with special needs.

Our club organizes 10 offshore regatas per year, 2 regatas for olympic dinghies, an international regatta, the Ionian Rally and with its athletes takes part in many qualifying races and national championships.

With donor I.S.N. (Stavros Niarchos Foundation) we have developed a sailing department for people with special needs.
